Abstract

In order to solve the problems of heavy loading and unloading of bagged goods, low degree of loading and unloading automation and complex loading and unloading environment affecting workers' physical and mental health, the work aims to design a set of loading and unloading equipment that can automatically load and unload bagged materials based on market needs. SOLIDWORKS was used to develop and design the three-dimensional model of the loading and unloading equipment and complete the virtual assembly of the device, and then FLUENT was used to carry out static analysis of the main stressed parts, and finally the response surface optimization design method was used to optimize the structure of the main parts. Through the analysis by FLUENT, it was determined that the strength, stiffness and stability of the equipment met the needs of the work, and the optimal size of the parts was obtained through the response surface optimization. According to the data before and after optimization, the weight of parts after optimization was reduced by 27.76% compared with that before optimization. The maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 26.78% and the maximum deformation was reduced by 59.66%. The loading and unloading equipment can be widely used in the application of bagged goods in cement industry, fertilizer industry and food industry, which provides a theoretical basis for the production of the next prototype.
