Abstract

The work aims to analyze the mechanical characteristics of different transportation packaging frames and provide accurate and reliable design solutions for similar packaging box frame structures. Taking two actual box structures as examples, physical structure design parameters were inputted based on different types of structural characteristics. Then, a mechanical simulation analysis was carried out on them under large deformation to obtain the static characteristics of the two types of frame structures. The static mechanical results of the two types of frame structures were summarized. The dynamic response results of the structure at different frequencies were obtained through the modal superposition method. The vibration transmission energy of the first nine modes was compared with the results of the entire frame to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of the two types of frames. Finally, the mechanical simulation results of the two types of packaging frames were analyzed to achieve a benign evaluation of the entire process. Through the analysis of static results, it was known that the X-shaped frame had more advantages in large deformation stacking conditions, while the Y-shaped frame had more advantages in the frequency range of 15-48 Hz during transportation, achieving objective analysis of the mechanical characteristics of multi frame structures in different packaging environments. In conclusion, the mechanical characteristics of two types of box structures are comprehensively analyzed using finite element simulation, providing reference for the design of transportation packaging frames.
