Abstract

Aiming at the manual packing method of spiral spike, the work aims to design an automatic packing line of spiral spike through the innovative thinking and method of TRIZ theory and realize its automatic packing. First, the practical problems were put forward, and then the TRIZ theory was used to construct the contradiction matrix table, so as to obtain the original understanding of the problems encountered in the design of the production line, and design the automatic intelligent packaging line and field installation. Finally, the packaging effect of the production line was verified through the actual packaging. The results showed that the automatic packing line can realize the automatic packing of spiral spike with high packing efficiency and excellent packing quality. The automatic packaging production line realizes the integrated and unified control of PLC. The work of each packaging process is coordinated, the equipment operation is simple, the product packaging efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
