Abstract

The work aims to design an integrated quick-release rainproof and dustproof storage and transportation device to solve the problem of complex disassembly and, assembly as well as poor protection performance of ordinary pallets. According to the requirements of the environment and usage, the overall structure, protection mode, as well as disassembly and assembly method of the storage and transportation device were newly designed. Through simulation analysis, the structural strength requirements of the storage and transportation device were met. An integrated quick-release rainproof and dustproof storage and transportation device was designed, shortening the disassembly and assembly time and improving the protection strength. The load bearing was 3 600 kg. The deformation at 6g acceleration was 0.53 mm. The stiffness of the paving plate was 6 000 kg. And the deformation was 2.41 mm under load. The design and simulation of the integrated quick-release rainproof and dustproof storage and transportation device are realized, which solves the problem of disassembly and assembly as well as protection of ordinary pallets, and provides a reference for design of similar products.
