Abstract

The work aims to solve the quality problems of blister wrinkle, wrinkle and edge warping of tipping paper caused by uneven heating of washboard in production of fine cigarettes. Based on SolidWorks simulation analysis, a 400 W + 800 W double core heating washboard device was designed to replace the original 1 200 W single core heating washboard device. The heat distribution of the two kinds of washboard heating devices at the set temperature of 200 ℃ was simulated and analyzed, and then the application effect of the transformation scheme was verified in actual production. The results of simulation analysis showed that both heat limit and heating efficiency of the 400 W + 800 W dual core heating washboard device were higher than those of the 1 200 W single core heating washboard device. The dual core heating can reach the set temperature more quickly. The heat distribution on the washboard body was more uniform. The heat distribution on the washboard surface was more stable. And the temperature difference was small, which could better ensure the stability of cigarette splicing quality. The practical application results showed that after using the double core heating washboard device, there were no quality problems such as blister wrinkle, wrinkle and edge warping of tipping paper. It can be concluded that the 400 W + 800 W dual core heating washboard device has the advantages of high heating efficiency, uniform heat distribution and small temperature difference. It can more effectively improve the cigarette splicing quality, greatly reduce the frequency of coiling quality accidents and equipment shutdown and maintenance time, and reduce the consumption of cigarette production.
