Abstract

The work aims to review the latest research progress and application status of biodegradable films as green packaging materials, demonstrate the development prospects and great potential of biodegradable films in green logistics packaging system, so as tomeet the demand of green transformation of logistics packaging. By tracking relevant literature and news reports at home and abroad, the work focused on the connotation and requirements of green logistics packaging. The types, performance evaluation and application status of biodegradable films in actual logistics packaging scenarios were analyzed and summarized. The recent research development of biodegradable films as green packaging materials was illustrated. Study on the biodegradable film with outstanding mechanical properties and biodegradability turns out to be an important aspect in green transformation of logistics packaging. With the improvement in the processing development and production technology, there will be wide popularization and application prospects of biodegradable film packaging materials in various logistics scenarios.
