Abstract

The work aims to explore the application research of AR technology in virtual interaction and process flow of laser printer, in order to meet the needs of use, maintenance and training of laser printer. With Samsung M2876HN laser printer as the research object, 3ds Max 2018 was used to make models and animations, and then Unity 3D and Vuforia SDK were adopted to develop application software displaying AR effects. Finally, a mobile application was released, which could realize the recognition of the laser printer, show the internal structure of the laser printer, the replacement of consumables and the internal operation animation, rotate and zoom the model, and check the laser printer information. The combination of AR technology and laser printer not only provides a novel mode for the display of laser printer functions, but also simulates some problems in the use of laser printer and increases the interactive experience between user and laser printer.
