Abstract

The paper aims to design an express UAV carrier device with simple structure and strong stable safety that can be quickly adjusted according to the shape of the carrying object. The TRIZ/patent circumvention integrated theory is adopted for the innovative design of the loading device of the Courier UAV. Firstly, express UAV slide structure in China's current patent library is analyzed, the evading object UAV for suspension type slide device is determined, and the umbrella patent portfolio hedge design method is adopted. Patent-function model is established to determine the useful effect and problems, and determine the design. Using the principle of 40 invention and 76 standard solution, after function model figure is built and improved. Finally, stress analysis is carried out on the designed cargo carrying device of the Courier UAV. The simulation results show that maximum workload for innovative products is 225 N, maximum stress of rail wing is 1.023×107 MPa in the static state and 1.576×107 MPa in the flight state. Maximum stress of load frame is 1.049×106MPa in the static state and 2.126×106 MPa in the flight state. Compared with the suspended UAV, the product has better capability in the shape and quality of the payload and is more practical and light. Compared with the hanger tray UAV, the product is more stable and durable.
