Abstract

This paper aims to prepare two kinds of green water-based ink, temperature changing ink and three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting color changing ink, develop a kind of two-dimensional code with double anti-counterfeiting function, and strengthen the anti-counterfeiting function of two-dimensional code. The effect of different thermochromic powder dosage on the color difference and chromaticity of thermochromic ink was studied. A single factor test was used to investigate the effects of foaming temperature, foaming agent content, and PU resin content on the foaming height and friction resistance of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting color-changing ink. The results showed that when the mass fraction of thermochromic powder was 20%, the color of the thermochromic ink was closest to the two-dimensional code standard black. When the foaming agent mass fraction was 20% and the foaming temperature was 120 ℃, the foaming height of the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting color-changing ink reached the best value. When the substrate for white cardboard, with PU resin quality fraction of 3%, three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting color change ink friction resistance was the best. When the substrate for gold card paper, with PU resin mass fraction of 15%, three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting color change ink friction resistance was the best. The upper pattern of the double-layer anti-counterfeiting QR code (the black QR code) was visible at room temperature and disappears when heated to 70 ℃. At the same time, the anti-counterfeiting mark hidden in the lower layer appeared. Continued to heat the anti-counterfeiting mark, a three-dimensional effect gradually revealed, and the three-dimensional effect reached the best at 120 ℃. The color in the whole process was reversible and the three-dimensional effect was irreversible. The double anti-counterfeiting QR code is anti-counterfeited by alternately displaying and hiding the upper and lower patterns at different temperatures, which is convenient for the public to verify and confirm, and strengthens the anti-counterfeiting function without losing interest.
