Abstract

This paper is to further clarify the future research direction of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology and provide some reference ideas and methods for later researchers.The basic raw materials, formation mechanism, research methods and encapsulation effects involved in nano-animal protein encapsulation technology were outlined by tracking the research trend of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology at home and abroad in this paper, which clarifies the direction for the subsequent researchers to conduct in-depth research on nano-animal protein encapsulation technology, and lays a foundation for the development and utilization of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology in the new packaging materials, functional foods, targeted drugs and high-end cosmetics.
