Gallium Based Liquid Metal Conductive Ink and Its Graphic Application

Abstract

This paper aims to put forward the basic approach to developing liquid metal conductive ink and its importance of the development of information industry. This paper discussed the preparation method of conductive ink, the physical properties of liquid metal particles, the pattern of liquid metal ink and its application, and comprehensively summarized the technical status of liquid metal conductive ink and deepened its understanding. The results show that the liquid metal-based conductive ink is 50 times lower in price compared to the current gold-silver based conductive ink. Graphical printed electronics based on liquid metal conductive ink is developing rapidly in the fields of intelligent anti-counterfeiting packaging, flexible electronics, and biomedicine application. Gallium-based liquid metal conductive ink and its printing technology is a new technological revolution, which has important research value and economic significance.
