Abstract

The work aims to solve the problem that the drawstring often jumps out of the conveying roller groove and deviates from the normal position during the operation of YB95 cellophane packing machine, and thus causes quality problem of dislocated drawstring. After analysis and research, a roller which was composed of inner and outer wheel body and anti jump rod was designed and made to effectively prevent the drawstring from jumping out of the roller groove and prevent quality accident of dislocated drawstring. Through 6 months of testing after the anti jump roller was manufactured and installed, the operation of the equipment was safe and stable. The number of drawstring dislocation caused by the drawstring jumping out of the roller was reduced to 0, putting an end to the quality accident of dislocated drawstring.The drawstring anti jump roller can effectively prevent the drawstring from jumping out of the roller groove, put an end to the quality accident of dislocated drawstring, and effectively guarantee the quality of products. At the same time, it reduces the consumption of raw materials and the workload of operators, and improves the stability of equipment. The drawstring anti jump roller is also applicable to drawstring conveying of other tobacco machinery and equipment. It has wide range of application.
