Abstract

The work aims to solve the problem of no buffer and high cost of existing middle airdrop platform. On the basis of ensuring the good adaptability and matching between the middle airdrop pallet and the transport plane, the frame structure of the pallet was designed with the buttering function of pallet as the core. The main material of the pallet was determined, and the middle airdrop pallet with certain buffering function and high efficiency cost ratio was designed. An edge 8 honeycomb paperboard with a thickness of 50 mm was used as the cushion. When carrying the dynamic stress generated by 500 kg airdrop materials, a honeycomb paperboard cushion with a thickness of 143 mm should be used for buffering. The calculation results showed that the cushioning material selected was reasonable and the structure design was correct, which can realize the design purpose. The middle airdrop pallet designed has the characteristics of convenient storage and transportation, simple installation, energy absorption and buffering, low cost, etc., which provides a way of thinking for the improvement of middle airdrop system and the design of airdrop platform.
