Abstract

The purpose is to establish a detection method for simultaneous determination of 22 residual solvents in modern solvent-based inks, so as to provide technical support for the supervision of solvent residues in solvent-based inks. By optimizing the preparation of mixed standard working solution and adopting the optimized chromatographic conditions, the compounds to be tested were separated by HP-INNOWAX capillary column, and 22 solvent residues of solvent-based ink were detected by headspace-gas chromatography with external standard method. The 22 solvents were well separated and showed good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was above 0.999, the detection limit was 0.000 21~0.000 55 mg/m2, the recovery rate was 85.92%~102.51%, and the precision was 0.46%~5.73%. The method has good separation, high sensitivity, good precision and high accuracy. It has achieved good results in the detection of actual samples, and can provide technical support for the supervision of solvent residue in solvent based ink.
