Abstract

The work aims to summarize the preparation method and research progress of printed chips and expand the research ideas and applications of printing technology, so as to provide reference for printed chips. The research progress of printed chips in recent years was introduced from three aspects:printing materials, printing methods and chip applications, which focused on comparing the key scientific problems and characteristics of various printing methods, and pointed out the development direction of chip printing. Based on the advantages of printing methods in large-area preparation, material compatibility and environmental protection, printed chips were developing rapidly in display, energy, biology, intelligent packaging and many other aspects, but there were still challenges in high precision, scale and function integration. By better controlling the droplet formation in the printing process, fine micro-nano structure of functional materials can be constructed, and the full printing manufacturing of high-precision devices and chips can be realized. In the future, as the intelligent, automatic and interconnected functional chip manufacturing is realized, a new strategy of green sustainable printing can be developed.
