The work aims to solve the practical problems that the research on the ecological development model of green packaging is still insufficient in the field of green packaging research, and the research on the development model of green packaging that has been tested by enterprise is rare. With Zhejiang Great Shengda Packaging Co., Ltd. as an example, the innovation of green packaging management was carried out in enterprise and summarized for refinement. Then, the overall framework of the green development model of paper packaging based on the life cycle assessment was constructed, which consisted of ''2 systems'' and ''4 critical links'', and the innovative practice of green packaging management was carried out in enterprise. After implementation, the total profit of enterprise increased by 14.8% compared with the year before the implementation, the comprehensive energy consumption per RMB 10,000 of output value decreased by 11.8%, the discharge of waste water and solid waste decreased by 17.41% and 24.11% respectively, and the discharge of ammonia and tetrachloroethylene harmful to environment, ecology and human health decreased by 17.73% and 25% respectively compared with the beginning of the project. A green ecological development model of paper packaging enterprise based on the life cycle assessment is put forward. After the implementation of green packaging management innovation, the economic and environmental benefits of enterprise are significantly improved.
