Abstract

The work aims to build an evaluation model of air material support strength based on data envelopment analysis (DEA), in order to scientifically test and evaluate the air material support strength of battle warehouse. Firstly, the evaluation indexes expressing the military and economic characteristics of air material support in battle warehouses were determined to establish an evaluation model based on data envelopment analysis and calculate the comprehensive cross-efficiency value of each battle warehouse, so as to realize the ranking of air material support strength of battle warehouse to be evaluated. Finally, this model was used to analyze the fifteen warehouses, and it was found that the cross-efficiency value of each battle warehouse was 0.69048-0.82253. The efficiency value of the 15th battle warehouse was the highest, which was consistent with the actual situation. By comparison, it was verified that the new model had better ranking effect. The new model can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of air material support strength.
