Abstract

In order to improve the automation of cheese yarn packaging process, a control system for cheese yarn packaging production line is designed by means of distributed control and centralized management. The control system mainly includes upper computer, automatic packaging module and automatic stacking module. The hardware of control system can be divided into monitoring layer, application layer, control layer and equipment layer. The upper computer makes the system application layer based on TCP/IP protocol and communicates with each module controller through industrial Ethernet. Each module controller will send the information collected by the sensor to the upper computer, and the upper computer will carry out data processing, analysis, storage and other operations, so as to realize data sharing. For the cheese yarn flipping system, the side image of cheese yarn is collected by machine vision. After image processing, the attitude of cheese yarn is determined by comparison with the template and the operation of cheese yarn flipping is performed. Finally, an experimental study is carried out. The experimental results show that the packaging success rate of the control system can reach more than 99.7%. The automatic package production line of cheese yarn has the advantages of high success rate, fast packaging speed and high stability, which can meet the packaging requirements of cheese yarn.
