Abstract

In order to solve the problems of difficult reinforcement, high damage rate and high transportation cost during the long distance transportation of stone, and to design a new type of safe, light, recyclable, disassembled, and easy to return stone transportation rack. First, various forces acting on the stone is calculated in accordance with the requirements of the "Railway Freight Loading Reinforcement Rules" to determine the loading and reinforcement scheme, and then the material and specifications of the stone transport rack is determined according to the "Standard for Design of Steel Structures" and the internal structure of the 20 ft general container. SolidWorks is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the transportation rack, and Ansys is used to perform finite element analysis on the model. The result analysis shows that the stress of the weakest parts of the stone transport rack are 155.36, 99.56, 99.48, 70.87, 343.75 MPa, and the displacements are 0.54, 1.95, 0.60, 0.01, 0.10 mm. The stone transportation rack has high transportation efficiency and can realize "Door-to-Door" transportation, and has good application prospects, which has great impact on the current development of stone transportation.
