Abstract

The work aims to explore the current development status of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China, and analyze its main directions in the future development. Therefore, this paper summarized the current development status of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China, including the scale of fishery production, the construction of refrigerating facilities and cold chain logistics center, and the cold chain logistics informationization and standardization. Then the main problems faced by the development of fisheries storage-preservation as well as cold chain logistics were illustrated, such as lack of facilities and equipment in the cold logistics and high consumption of aquatic products. Finally, the future development direction of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics was envisioned, with a view to provide reference opinions for improving the development of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics. The fishery production in China is increasing year by year, but the construction of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China cannot keep up with the demand. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for the development of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China.
