Abstract

The work aims to explore the theory of how to use digital warehousing system to meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing from the perspective of design, so as to provide intelligent production services for manufacturing enterprises. Through literature research and typical case analysis, the digital warehousing system was comprehensively designed from the aspects of system architecture, management module and data flow to reveal the functional characteristics of digital warehousing technology and equipment, thus putting forward the realization path of digital warehousing system. The digital warehousing system could track and monitor the whole process of materials and finished products from order to in transit, on shelves, in-put of warehouse and out-put of warehouse, and manage the warehousing and logistics resources in an integrated way, so as to realize the deep self perception of intelligent manufacturing information, self-decision-making of intelligent optimization and self-execution of accurate control.In the environment of intelligent manufacturing, the digital warehousing system can meet the requirements of mass customization of manufacturing enterprises, and has a high flexible digital management mode of the whole process, which promotes the further development of intelligent manufacturing.
