Abstract

The work aims to design a machine that has good compatibility with chrysanthemum morifolium to solve the problems of complicated picking process and high efficiency required in picking chrysanthemum morifolium. Based on the test method, a new type of chrysanthemum morifolium picking structure was designed. PRO/E was used to model and analyze the structure. The structure was designed with a high ground clearance to reduce the damage to the plant and facilitate the second picking of chrysanthemum morifolium. Because the standard deviation of flowers of chrysanthemum morifolium from the ground was 92 mm, when designing, the length of the comb teeth can be 100 mm, and the tooth axis of the comb teeth was 40Cr with a diameter of 62 mm, and the material of the comb teeth can be 45 steel, which was tempered, and the adjustment range was 50-80 cm from the ground. The overall appearance was a bionic design, taken from the semantic meaning of bees collecting honey. On this basis, the finite element method was introduced to analyze the strength of the structure, and the safety of the structure was verified. The structure design of the chrysanthemum morifolium picking device can effectively improve the efficiency of the chrysanthemum morifolium picking, reduce the breakage rate, and improve the working environment for workers.
