Abstract

The work aims to provide some research ideas for solving the problems of high undercooling, slow cool storage time, poor stability and slow nucleation by ultrasonic method. Three kinds of common ultrasonic devices (external type, built-in type and wall type) and their characteristics were described. The research progress of ultrasonic technology applied to phase change cool storage materials by scholars at home and abroad in recent years was introduced. The influence of ultrasonic on undercooling, secondary crystallization, nucleation rate, growth rate and stability were summarized. Ultrasonic waves can improve the shortcomings of phase change cold storage materials without affecting their latent heat. It was a new technology applied in the field of phase change cold storage. On the basis of experimental research, deducing the establishment of an ultrasonic optimized performance model, finding a more optimized ultrasonic method, strengthening the application research of ultrasonic, and researching the high-temperature cold storage material by ultrasonic technology are the focus of future research.
