Abstract

The work aims to solve the problems existing in the terminal delivery of the express, such as the imperfect recycling system, the security problem of the express, the lack of communication between the couriers and consumers, the rejection of door-to-door delivery by the courier, etc. The model of the express terminal delivery system was established through the analytic hierarchy process, and the consumer's score for the current express terminal delivery was obtained through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The weight of the environmental benefits was 0.665, which indicated that the consumers paid more attention to it. However, the weight of the economic benefits was 0.104, which indicated that consumers were easier to ignore it. At the same time, the relationship formula between the comprehensive benefit of express terminal delivery and the index system was established, the weight of time cost was the highest at 0.619, and the weight of transportation cost was the lowest at 0.097, which indicated that consumers paid more attention to time cost and tended to ignore transportation cost. Through comprehensive evaluation, the consumer's score of the existing express terminal delivery was 75.09, and the satisfaction was medium. The standardization of express market is put forward, the express recycling mechanism is formulated, the input mode of express terminal distribution is allocated rationally, and some optimization suggestions of APP or small procedures are given, which can provide reference for express terminal distribution in China.
