Abstract

The work aims to design an integrated bracket buffer protection structure composed of rigid and flexible modules to improve the comprehensive protection performance of buffer structure. The overall structure of buffer protection was designed. The comprehensive function of the overall structure was analyzed. The buffer performance of flexible modules was calculated theoretically. Ansys Finite element static module was used to analyze the strength of the bracket in storage. Dynamic module was used to analyze the product acceleration impact overload and displacement and the strength of the bracket in drop state. The strength of buffer protection structure was less than the tensile strength of material and the accelerated impact overload of the product during falling met the design requirements. The design of buffer protection structure is reasonable and feasible, so that the comprehensive protection performance is more excellent, providing design and data reference for structural design and analysis in the field of buffer protection.
