Abstract

The paper aims to obtain the motion law of the electromechanical hybrid drive globoidal cam mechanism. For the problem that the analytical method cannot directly solve the nonlinear motion superposition, the numerical analysis was used to analyze the motion law. The numerical points after the analysis were put into the program, which was prepared in MATLAB to make an operation. The results of three different nonlinear motion rules superimposed with cam motion rules were analyzed. The trend of the curve of motion law of the electromechanical hybrid drive globoidal cam mechanism was similar to the curves of theoretical cam motion law. This method of numerical analysis can effectively solve the problem of great difficulty of compositing and the compound function. Under the condition of maintaining the original cam motion law, it promotes further development of motion law from singularization to diversification and lays a foundation for the optimization of its subsequent composite motion law.
