Paper Transport Packaging Design of Low-voltage Molded Case Circuit Breaker

Abstract

The work aims to improve the present situation of the high breakage rate of current domestic low-voltage electrical equipment in transportation process and the poor protection of transport packaging. Firstly, the appropriate packaging materials were selected to design a kind of cushioning packaging structure for the product. Iron CAD was used to model the product. Then, the product model was imported into PreSys for pre-processing of cushioning packaging structure. After the K file was generated, LS-DYNA was used to solve the problem. The post-processing was carried out by LS-PosProt. Finally, curve fitting was implemented with the curve fitting toolbox in Matlab. The cushioning package structure could absorb the impact in the drop process of the low-voltage molded case circuit breaker, so as to ensure that the product would not be damaged. The low-voltage circuit breaker transport packaging design is green and environmentally friendly, and has good protection performance.
