Abstract

The work aims to introduce several common nondestructive detection technologies (NDT) and modeling methods in NDT of apple core rot, so as to provide new ideas and basis for NDT of apple and other fruit diseases. The principle of NDT and the modeling methods in NDT of apple core rot and the research progress at home and abroad were reviewed. In NDT of apple core rot disease, spectral detection was widely used, the electrical impedance, various imaging detection techniques and bionics sensing intelligent sensor detection technology were gradually developed, and the detection technology based on multi-source information was also increasingly favored by researchers. The research on NDT of apple core rot is still in its infancy, and the parameters of many detection techniques and modeling methods need to be further optimized. With the deepening of research, NDT can not only be applied to detect fruit diseases but also have a broad research prospect in other food industries.
