Abstract

The work aims to introduce the research progress of several gas regulations and provide certain ideas and basis for the regulation and storage of fruits and vegetables by microenvironment gas. The application range, equipment and facilities of atmosphere modification and control, as well as the research progress at home and abroad were summarized, and the future of controlled atmosphere storage of fruits and vegetables in China was prospected. The modified atmosphere storage was a relatively advanced storage method for fruits and vegetables in the world, but its further development in China was restricted due to problems such as late start, equipment cost and popularity. The microenvironment atmosphere modification for the preservation of fruits and vegetables is the development direction and research hotspots in the future. The controlled atmosphere technique integrating multi-information is more and more favored by researchers at home and abroad.
