Abstract

The paper aims to solve problems in the mechanical connection mode of traditional printing machines and packaging machines such as serious mechanical wear and low synchronization control accuracy of multi motor synchronous control. Based on the structure of deviation coupled control system, PID and neural network control were combined to propose a multi motor speed synchronization control strategy based on RBF neural network PID. The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional PID control, the overshoot of the algorithm was smaller. The system can achieve synchronization tracking at a faster speed, and the speed synchronization accuracy was obviously higher than that of the PID control. The control algorithm can greatly improve the dynamic performance of the multi axis synchronous control of the printer, and can effectively improve the printing quality.
