Abstract

The work aims to meet the distribution needs of different enterprises more flexibly and improve transportation efficiency. Under the background of intelligent transportation, based on RFID, Compass/GPS and communication technology, a model was established with the objective of minimizing transportation cost, and an improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the network-type truck-trailer vehicle scheduling. Taking a network-type transportation enterprise alliance in Shandong Province as an example, by comparing with the ordinary freight transportation, the optimized scheduling scheme of the trailer-and-trailer transportation vehicle reduced the no-load rate by 4.6%, the fuel consumption by 10.6% and the total transportation cost by 25.4%. The network-type truck-trailer transportation vehicle scheduling scheme based on improved genetic algorithm effectively improves the transportation efficiency and reduces the transportation cost. It is of great significance to promote enterprise cost reduction, efficiency increase and environmental protection.
