Abstract

The work aims to design and develop an efficient automatic printing system for the size buckle printing requirements of round, square, flat strip and other shapes. Through the analysis and exploration of the size buckle shape, printing positioning method and marking printing conditions, the overall design scheme and basic composition of the system were determined. The automatic printing system with optimized multi-track automatic feeding, designed multi-quantity synchronous installation positioning, stepping transmission and synchronous printing size buckle mark could greatly improve printing efficiency and effectively ensure printing quality and system operation stability. The actual use indicates that the system works well and has a high degree of automation, thus providing reference and reference value for the design of similar automation equipment.
