In view of the current shortage of domestic emergency product design and theoretical research, in order to ensure that emergency products can provide better emergency functions when disasters happen, the usability, effectiveness and popularization rate are improved. The national family reserve list of professional emergency products and common household commodity is analyzed and mined in depth, redefining professional emergency product functions and resources, and daily necessities, forming a new design framework, in this framework, using the SAFC model in the U-TRIZ theory analysis, contradiction analysis, function attribute effect knowledge method to integrate emergency products and daily necessities and design. It will provide new ideas for family emergency product design, help designers to design and locate new products in the future, so as to enhance emergency response and minimize casualties and property losses caused by disasters.
