Abstract
The work aims to propose a full-automatic packaging process of entire-pallet stack of cigarette product, so as to solve the problem that the stack shape is easy to be damaged in the logistics process of industrial and commercial entire-pallet transportation of cigarette product. By means of designing “#” shape packaging appearance, importing automatic strapping machines with preformed edgeboard applier system, building system structure and planning operation process, the automatic logistics protective packaging of entire-pallet stack of cigarette product was achieved. After a stable application, the damaged rate of cigarette products in the logistics and transportation link averagely decreased by 0.12 % per quarter, further reducing the manpower and time cost. The annual economic loss was reduced by more than 5 250 000 yuan. It has effectively strengthened the logistics protection capability of the stack shape of finished product, satisfied industrial internal storage and commercial external transportation simultaneously, and improved the logistics efficiency of the industrial and commercial entire-pallet transportation of cigarette product, which provides a reference for the research on similar packaging process.
