Abstract

The work aims to study the effect of different process conditions (such as hot stamping temperature, pressure and time) on the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in water-based ink prints, so as to improve the hot stamping quality of prints. The experimental study and preparation of a water-based black ink suitable for hot stamping were conducted. Through the gravure printing, hot stamping was done on the surface of single-sided coated paper under different conditions. The anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns was studied. When the hot stamping temperature was 100 ℃, hot stamping time was 2 s and hot stamping pressure was 4 N, the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in water-based ink prints was the best. The hot stamping temperature, time and pressure have greater effects on the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in the water-based ink prints.
