Abstract

The work aims to improve the jet printing recognition rate of color QR code. The four QR code generation parameters, such as embedded information volume, error correction level, color conversion and code eye conversion were selected for the experiment under the jet printing conditions with different print sizes and print resolutions. The jet printing recognition rate of color QR code was calculated and the optimization plan was proposed. Varieties of parameters affecting the jet printing recognition rate of color QR code were studied. The influences of the six parameters, including print size, embedded information volume, print resolution, error correction level, color conversion and code eye conversion, on the jet printing recognition rate were successively decreasing. By selecting the appropriate parameter optimization scheme, the jet printing recognition rate of color QR code can be improved.
