摘要

目的 通过研究磁性光变油墨的相关性能及其在防伪中的应用,为我国防伪技术的升级改造开拓研究思路。方法 以磁性油墨、光变油墨和磁性光变油墨为研究对象,系统阐述了磁性光变油墨的防伪特征、光变原理、印刷机改造、磁性光变薄膜碎片的制作方法及磁性光变油墨的优势,并对磁性光变油墨的应用前景进行展望。结论 磁性光变油墨集磁性油墨和光变油墨的特点于一体,光变颜色更具流动效果,明暗变化更明显,能够满足更高的防伪需求。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the research strategy to upgrade the anti-counterfeiting technology in China by researching the related performance of optically variable magnetic ink and its application in anti-counterfeiting. With magnetic ink, optically variable ink and optically variable magnetic ink as the research objects, the anti-counterfeiting features of optically variable magnetic ink, the principle of optically variation, the printing machine modification, the manufacturing method of optically variable magnetic film fragment and the advantages of optically variable magnetic ink were systematically elaborated, and the application prospect of optically variable magnetic ink was forecasted. Optically variable magnetic ink integrates magnetic ink and optically variable ink features as a whole, the optically variable color has more flowing effects and the light-shade changing is more obvious, which can meet the higher security requirements.
