目的 市场上现有担架产品无法满足待产孕妇对担架的特殊需求，通过研究待产孕妇在使用担架过程中的需求特点，探索该人群对担架的特殊人性化需求。方法 基于人机工程学的一般原理，对担架的使用过程进行动作分解，从担架的操作者和孕妇两方面进行人性化需求分析。结论 获得了孕妇待产担架在功能、人机交互以及情感因素等三方面的人性化设计措施，以此为指导能设计出一款操作简单、安全合理、结构巧妙、用户体验优异的待产孕妇专用担架。

A product on the market can not meet the special needs of pregnant women on stretchers，through the research of pregnant women in a stretcher in the process of demand characteristics, this paper explores the population's special humanistic needs for stretchers. Basing on zhe General principles of Ergonomics, the paper analyzes the operation process of stretcher, analyzes human needs from two aspects of the stretcher operator and the pregnant woman. It received the humanized design measures in three aspects of function, man-machine interaction and emotional factors of pregnant women during the stretcher,and as a guide to design a simple, safe and reasonable and artful structure, excellent user experience of pregnant women in special stretcher.
