目的 基于对上海的老年人糖尿病治疗的现状的调查和分析，提出运用服务设计的思维和方法，建立针对上海老年糖尿病人社区治疗的服务策略。方法 在进行文献调研和田野考察的基础上，提出了服务设计策略，具体分析了设计原型“简糖”概念形成的过程和所使用的工具，并以此原型论证了策略和概念的可行性。结论 提出了将社区作为长期被忽视的治疗老年糖尿病的服务场景进行服务创新的策略，即把病人从定义为“用户”到“健康追求者”；将老年糖尿病人的生活和治疗作为一个全局式的服务场景；病人语言的信息可视化，消除信息的不对称造成的沟通和理解的误区，提升社区糖尿病治疗的服务质量，激发社区医疗服务的活力。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the status treatment of elderly diabetics in Shanghai, it puts forward the service design thinking and methods to establish the service strategy for the community treatment of the elderly patients with diabetes in Shanghai. Based on literature research and field investigation, it puts forward the service design strategy, analyzes the process of the design prototype "simple sugar" concept and the use of tools, and according to the prototype demonstrates the feasibility of strategies and concepts. It proposes a strategy of service innovation that the community as a long neglected treatment of senile diabetes services scene, which is defined as the patient from the "user" to health seeker; the treatment of elderly diabetic patients as a global servicescape. With medical language visualization, communication and understanding mistakes caused by information asymmetry is dissolved to improve the service quality of community diabetes treatment and stimulate vitality of community healthcare service.
