目的 探讨互联网背景下以用户体验为核心的云服务设计及其设计策略。方法 在分析云服务模式的基础上，比较研究传统产品服务系统设计的发展规律，明确云服务的发展趋势及可能性，最后结合实践案例，提出了云服务设计的创新实践策略。结论 阐明了云服务设计从以计算机技术为中心的功能性服务，转变为以人为中心的体验式服务的趋势，提出了设计更好的云服务体验的重要性以及策略，即以人为中心的系统性思维、云服务设计中的场景定义、开源创新的协同设计。

It aims to explore the design and design strategy for cloud service with the user experience as the core under the Internet background.
