摘要

目的 为了高效、快速对新款多种类混合装箱包装机进行研发,提出基于QFD与TRIZ的创新设计方法。方法 文中运用QFD与TRIZ等多种创新方法,针对开设网店等创业人员在创业初期存在的人手少、工作量大等问题,设计开发一款多种类混合装箱包装机。结果 该包装机可按照操作者所需的包装品种,自动实现纸箱的吸取、成型、合箱和封箱操作,在商品的投放区不需人为手动进行商品的投放,是包装多种混合食品的个性化机械装置。结论 结果证明基于QFD与TRIZ的创新设计方法是可行的途径,所设计的包装机能够大幅度提高纸箱封装的生产效率,并且降低生产劳动强度,获得较高的产品包装质量。

Abstract

The work aims to propose an innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ in order to research and develop the new type of multi-species mixed packaging machine efficiently and rapidly. In this paper, TRIZ and QFD and other innovative methods were used to design and develop a multi-species mixed packaging machine with respect to the problem of entrepreneurs having a small number of staff and heavy workload, etc. at their early stage of starting online shops and so on. The automatically drawn, formed, closed and sealed carton box can be achieved by such packaging machine in accordance with the packaging varieties required by the operator. Manual delivery of goods was not required in the area of goods delivery. Such packaging machine was personalized packaging machinery for varieties of mixed food. The results show that the innovative design method based on QFD and TRIZ is an effective way. The designed packaging machine can significantly improve the production efficiency of carton packaging and reduce the labor intensity of production, and obtain higher quality of product packaging.
