摘要

目的 研究一种立式成型-充填-封口(Vertical Form-Fill-Seal, VFFS)包装机选择的不确定性多属性决策方法。方法 通过对VFFS包装机选择的效益型指标和成本型指标进行分析, 对VFFS包装机选择问题进行了形式化描述, 构建了基于TODIM方法VFFS包装机选择的不确定性多属性决策模型,并以VFFS包装机选择实例进行了分析验证。结果 直觉模糊加权平均(IFWA)算子处理了指标权重和定性指标的主观性和不确定性, 考虑到决策者具有参照依赖和损失规避行为, 给出了VFFS包装机选择的TODIM决策方法。结论 利用IFWA算子和TODIM组合方法对模糊性、 不确定性决策信息处理和对每个方案的全局价值求解, 有利于从不同类型的VFFS包装机备选方案中进行选优。

Abstract

This work was aimed to study the MCDM method of selecting Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) packaging machine under uncertainty. The selection problem of VFFS packaging machine was described after analyzing the benefit and the cost criteria of VFFS packaging machine, the uncertain MCDM model was constructed based on the TODIM method, and then the selection of VFFS packaging machine was analyzed and verified. The subjectivity and uncertainty of criteria weights and qualitative criteria were resolved by the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IFWA) operator. Taking into account that decision makers have reference dependent and loss avoidance behaviors, the TODIM was used for the selection of VFFS packaging machine. Using IFWA operator and TODIM combination method to solve the fuzzy, uncertain decision information processing and to get the global value of each alternative scheme, it was helpful to select the optimal VFFS packaging machine from different types.
