摘要
目的 研究Epson水性油墨与UV油墨对线条印刷质量的影响。方法 采用Epson水性油墨打印机和UV喷墨打印机在相同分辨率设置和相同纸张表面分别打印2种油墨的测试标版, 运用PIAS?-II图像分析系统, 对各个打印样张垂直方向阳线进行测量, 保存测量数据。结果 由Epson水性油墨打印获得的印刷线条宽度均匀、 光滑清晰, 而UV油墨打印获得的印刷线条宽度波动较大、 粗糙模糊。结论 对于精细的文字线条印刷品来讲, Epson水性油墨具有良好的表现能力, 可以满足较高的质量要求。
Abstract
This paper studied the influence of Epson water-based ink vs. UV ink on the quality of the printing line. The Epson water-based ink printer and the UV ink jet printer were used to print the test forms by the two kinds of printing inks in the same resolution settings and on the same paper surface respectively. The PIAS?-II image analysis system was used to measure the vertical line in each printing sample, and the measurement data were saved. The printed line using Epson water-based ink had a uniform width, smooth and clear, in contrast, the printed line using UV ink showed width fluctuations, rough and fuzzy. For prints that call for fine text lines, Epson water-based ink has good performance capacity to meet requirements of high quality.
