摘要

目的 针对啤酒生产企业的实际需求, 研究设计用于啤酒包装生产线管理的信息系统, 实时监控包装线运行状态, 对生产计划与执行情况进行动态管理。方法 采用SQL创建基础数据库, 以Eclipse为开发工具, 设计友好的人机交互界面。组建系统基本架构, 分析系统功能层次, 设计系统功能模块,即工厂建模、 生产数据管理、 数据综合展观等子模块, 采集存储包装线实时运行数据, 统计分析设备及整线的效率、 停机、 产量等生产信息。结果 该系统可实现基础数据的管理, 并能自动、 准确、 及时地追踪反馈包装线运行时各参数指标。结论 该系统对提高啤酒包装线效率、 减少生产损失具有良好作用, 是啤酒生产企业信息化管理的新趋势。

Abstract

Aimed at the actual demand of beer production enterprises, an information management system for beer packaging line was studied and designed to monitor the status of the beer packaging line in real time and manage production plans and implementation dynamically. SQL was used to create the underlying database, Eclipse was used as the development tool, and the friendly man-machine interaction interface was designed. The basic system architecture was established. The system function level was analyzed. The system function modules, including some sub-modules such as factory modeling, data management, comprehensive data showcase were designed. The packaging line real-time operating data was collected and stored. The efficiency, downtime, yield and other production information of equipments and the entire line were counted and analyzed. The system can implement the management of the underlying data, and can automatically, accurately, timely track and feedback the runtime parameters of packaging line. The system could improve the efficiency of the beer packaging line and reduce production losses, which is a new trend of information management in beer production enterprises.
