摘要

目的 对秸秆包装容器挤压成型机的物料输送计量机构进行参数化造型设计。方法 采用螺杆式输送给料机构, 通过螺杆计量来控制物料的进给, 实现定量给料; 以生产碗口直径为120 mm、 高为55 mm的秸秆包装容器, 其所需要的材料容积为41 000 mm3为例, 根据物料输送计量机构设计要求, 按公式求得螺杆直径 D为56 mm; 利用有限元软件进行螺杆式输送给料机构的参数化设计, 将螺杆直径、 螺距等特征量设计为可变参数, 即在各造型特征 i间建立约束关系, 使模型的构建和修改过程实现约束联动。结果 设计的秸秆包装容器挤压机物料输送计量机构结构简单可靠, 满足挤压工艺要求; 参数化设计提高了多种造型包装制品的质量, 缩短了产品开发周期。结论 参数化设计能够帮助螺杆造型过程以程序形式实现, 并可进行多方案比较, 可为制造节能高效的包装容器挤压机提供指导, 也可为开发适合干法生产包装容器的设备及生产线提供参考。

Abstract

The experiment studied the parametric design of material transfer metering mechanism of extrusion molding machine of straw packaging container. Using screw conveyor feeding mechanism, the quantitative measurement was realized by screw metering to control the material feeding. For example, the production of a straw packaging container with a bowl diameter of 120 mm and a height of 55 mm required the material volume to be 41 000 mm3, according to the design requirements of material transfer metering mechanism, the screw diameter D was 56 mm by the formula. The finite element software was used for parametric design of screw conveyor feeding mechanism, including characteristic design for variable parameters such as screw diameter and screw pitch, namely, the constraint relationship between each shape feature, achieving constraint linkage between the model building and the modification process. The designed extrusion material transfer metering mechanism of straw packaging container had simple structure and high reliability which met the requirement of extrusion process. The parameterized design method can improve the quality of a variety of modeling of packaging products and shorten the product development cycle. Parametric design can help screw moulding process in form of program implementation and carry out comparison of multiple solutions, which can provide reference for the fabrication of energy saving and efficient extrusion machine for packaging container, and for the development of equipment and production lines suitable for dry packaging container production.
