摘要
目的 提高射流抛光实验平台在小尺寸对象加工中的柔性及平稳性。 方法 将七段式 S 型加减速控制算法应用于射流抛光实验平台控制系统, 为验证其性能, 将 Matlab 算法仿真结果, 与基于RT-LINUX 的开放式数控系统中的算法实验结果, 以及 T 型与 S 型等 2 种加减速控制算法实验结果进行对比。 结果 与 T 型加减速控制算法相比, 采用 S 型加减速时加工时间较长, 但其速度变换平稳、 误差小。 结论 S 型加减速控制方式在射流抛光实验平台的应用中可显著平滑速度, 提高其稳定性及柔性加工性能。
Abstract
This experiment was aimed to improve the flexibility and smoothness of the jet polishing experiment platform used for completing polishing process of small-sized objcets. The S curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm for seven-segment was applied to the platform control system. Matlab simulation results and experiment results for T-curve and S-curve Acc/Dcc control algorithms based on RT-LINUX CNC system was compared and analyzed to verify the performance of the algorithm. Compared with the T-curve control algorithm, the S-curve control algorithm could make the velocity shift smoothly with small error, although the processing took longer time. It showed that the S curve acceleration and deceleration control method used in the jet polishing test platform can make the speed more smooth, and improve the stability and flexible machining performance.
