摘要
目的 研究一种密闭空间的设计方案, 为无氧包装工艺的推广提供一个安全可靠的操作平台。方法 通过研究空间密封工艺, 分析密封材料, 设计密封结构和计算方法, 并结合相关试验及生产流程的实际需求, 设计出一种密闭空间的解决方案。结果 文中设计了密闭空间的整体结构, 设计了其关键部分的密封结构, 并进行了相应的强度分析及氧气泄漏率分析, 设计的密闭空间可实现无氧包装连续生产的需求。结论 利用文中设计的密闭空间系统, 可实现对空间内包装设备方便可靠的操作, 同时可使残氧量长期低于0.0001%, 达到无氧包装的工艺要求。
Abstract
This paper studied a design of the confined space to provide a safe and reliable operating platform for no-oxygen packing technology. The space sealed technology was investigated, the sealing materials were analyzed, and the sealing structure and the calculation method were designed. In combination with the related experiments and the actual demands of production process, a solution of confined space was proposed. The whole structure of confined space was designed, especially for the sealing structures of key parts, and the related strengths and the oxygen leakage rate were analyzed. The designed confined space could meet the demand of continuous production of no-oxygen packaging. Using the confined space system designed in this paper, the convenient and reliable operation of packing equipment was achieved, and the remaining oxygen was lower than 0.0001% for a long time, meeting the demands of no-oxygen packaging technology.
