The design methods and aesthetic characteristics of SUV decorative patterns are studied. Taking the design aesthetic rules as the core,the application and performance characteristics of aesthetic rules in SUV decorative patterns design are discussed using data mining,user research, mood boards and other research methods, the relationship between the three of user(emotion),product(brand,structure, appearance) and decorative patterns(style, color, texture)is studied. The integrated design of SUV decorative patterns is achieved to across borders between visual design and product design. New product ideas,concept and design with commercial development value are dug out from original level.
