目的 实现白蜡杆家具的工业化批量生产。方法 针对河南宁陵白蜡杆家具的生产， 对白蜡杆材料特征和白蜡杆家具现状进行有效分析， 并结合白蜡杆家具加工工艺流程， 提出白蜡杆家具在生产过程中存在的精度差、 产量低等导致难以工业化的问题。通过对比同类材料的特性， 对家具批量化生产加工工艺流程进行分类研究。结论 运用模块化设计方法， 改变白蜡杆家具部件连接方式， 得出白蜡杆家具满足工业化批量生产的标准， 并带动宁陵白蜡杆家具产业的发展。
