目的 研究基于优度理论的产品设计知识评价方法。方法 针对知识特性， 比较相关研究， 明确了评价需求、 评价目标和实施评价的基本流程， 结合层次分析法， 构建了产品设计知识综合评价指标体系， 获得评价指标的权重， 在此基础上建立关联函数， 通过优度计算， 得到最优知识对象。并以某液体罐式运输半挂车为例， 获得最符合客户需求与设计期望的车辆系统知识， 且对该方法的可行性进行了验证。结论 基于优度理论的产品设计知识评价方法， 可使评价决策过程数字化、 系统化， 使评价结果更具客观性和可信性。

It studies the evaluation method of products design knowledge based on priority degree theory. Directed at knowledge characteristics，on the basis of the comparison among relevant studies， it makes clear the basis process of the evaluation demands， purpose and procedures.Combined with analytic hierarchy process， it also establishes a comprehensive product knowledge evaluation index system and acquires the evaluation indication，on the basis of which，this paper establishes correlation function and acquires the optimal knowledge object through priority calculating. Taking the systematic knowledge of a certain type of liquid tank-type semi-trailer as example， it acquires the systematic knowledge which best meets the demand of client′s and the design expectation， as well as tests the feasibility of the method. The evaluation method of product design knowledge based on the priority degree theory can make the evaluation and decision-making process， digital system， make the evaluation results more objectivity and dependability.
